cakes I have made, they really are the ultimate joy in my little baking world

I am always honoured to be asked to create a couple's wedding cake for their special day. I begin with a few messages for initial ideas, before meeting to discuss and sample flavours and styles. Of course I am more than happy to make them gluten free aswell if required.

Alongside wedding cakes I am also often asked to create a few smaller cakes for wedding buffets. Pictured is a selection of gluten free cakes I made for a beautiful teepee bohemian inspired wedding.

Lottie made our wedding cake ❤️ It was the most delicious 3 tiered salted caramel & white chocolate cake. A huge hit with all our guests, with the words ‘best cake ever’ repeated throughout the night. From ordering to delivery Lottie was absolutely spot on and we would highly recommend this lovely lady for anyone wanting a delicious wedding cake. She also provided us with 4 tray bakes for our cake table. Chocolate brownies, rocky road, peanut butter bars and tiffin. They all went down an absolute treat. Cannot recommend Lotties Vegan Cakes enough xx
